So the next effect on my list was the Mirror effect, out of all the effects i have edited together this by far was the easiest & most simplest. It gives a fairly nice look, but i do find it to be a bit basic in its own way. So to set this effect up you first need to import your video clip.
Once you have imported your video clip you then want to go to the effects & presets panel & search for the mirror effect. Once you have located it you want to drag & drop onto your selected footage. at first you will not be able to see a difference that is until you change the values for the "reflection center" once you do that you will end up with something like this above.
There are other tweaks that you can make to the effect for instance if you want to capture a rather trippy effect like the one shown above, you need to change the "reflection angle" values. i used the values to set them vertical instead of horizontal which created the effect above.
Finally you can also fully spin the angle of the reflection so that its facing the opposite way horizontally and than drag it over to gain an effect like you can see above. below is the finished clip showcasing what the effect looks like in motion.
